In the last 12 months I\u2019ve been in 16 different countries on 3 continents. Privileged mother of some amazing small humans. Enjoying watching and nurturing them so they can grow into all they are intentioned to be. For my joy and theirs I home educate them. Let\u2019s face it if I didn\u2019t we\u2019d never see each other! It\u2019s brilliant and is one of the best uses of my existence that I have ever done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some time ago I had a full epileptic seizure. I\u2019ve no idea why and nor I believe do the medics. Despite pleas and pressure to go on meds (no thank you!), I resisted and decided to embark on Keto a diet which was in the 1920s designed for epileptic children who didn\u2019t respond to anti seizure medication. It\u2019s become popular as a weight loss diet and as a response to the pushing of life style choices by politicians and those who stand to make financial gain. Being of Keto has been a massive brain and habit shift and provides many challenges when traveling so globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, none of this would be if it were not for my faith.
